| 스토리 | "Gimme that!" "No, someone must have lost it..." Head Icon Devil Cookie and Head Icon Angel Cookie were bickering as usual. In Angel Cookie's hands was a sweet honey apple, radiating a golden light. "Look at that tempting light! Any Cookie would swallow that whole you know?" "But the Cookie who lost it must be so sad..." "Wanna make a bet? I bet the next Cookie that finds it will eat it right away!" Could Devil Cookie really be trusted? Yet, Angel Cookie just smiled mysteriously and put the apple down in one end of the alleyway. "If I win... You will have to help me with all sorts of good and kind deeds..." Agreeing on the bet, the two Cookies hid at each end of the alley. Soon enough, a Head Icon Cookie wearing a bright white veil stopped in front of the honey apple. "Ugh, that one doesn't look fun...! Doesn't count!" Had the newly appeared Cookie heard Devil Cookie's grumbling? Pastry Cookie slowly walked up to the honey apple... and reached out for the fruit. Almost as if teasing Devil Cookie, she touched the apple, then pulled her hand back slightly, fidgeting with her fingers. This repeated again and again as she pondered. Eager to win the bet, Devil Cookie started losing patience... "So sweet and juicy, right? Mhe he... Hurry up and eat it! Go on, take a bite! You won't find a tastier-looking apple anywhere on Earthbread!" "This apple does look tempting..." Pastry Cookie was about to have a bite when Angel Cookie gently whispered. "Don't eat it... Think of how sad the owner of the apple will be..." Startled by Angel Cookie's whispers, Pastry Cookie closed her mouth and stared down at the apple. "It has an owner...? I see. They must have lost it." "Who cares about the owner?! FINDERS KEEPERS! Laws of nature and all that!" "But the Cookie who lost the apple is probably looking for it as we speak..." Pastry Cookie froze in place, hearing the two voices. "Just one bite!" "You must return to its owner..." "EAT IT UP!" "I know you will do the right thing..." "You know you crave for a bite!" ... Suddenly, Devil Cookie, unable to bear it any longer, jumped out from the shadows. "BEGONE, FOUL CREATURE!" Before any of them could react, Pastry Cookie's sudden attack had already turned the honey apple into purée. The two Cookies just stood there wide-eyed. "I repent, for I almost gave in to the temptation..." The only thing filling the silence was Pastry Cookie's quiet voice, muttering prayers. |
