She originally appeared as an NPC alongside Ring Candy Cookie Ring Candy Cookie and Cream Donut Cookie Cream Donut Cookie in the First Saga: First Sprinkle Cookie update of Cookie Run: Witch's Castle. She is the balloon artist of the Sprinkling Circus, who harbors resentment for the show's First Sprinkle Cookie lead performer
